Get Acquainted With Your Aberdeen Dental Team
Our Aberdeen dental team can’t wait to get to know you. In the meantime, you can find out more about each of our team members here.
Shauna graduated from Lake Area Technical Institute (LATI) in 1998 before beginning her career as a dental assistant. She has been helping patients at Aberdeen Smiles since 2009 and has earned the role as team lead. Shauna is certified in CPR, radiology, and inhaled gas. The best part of her job is hearing about how wonderful your experience was. Seeing your improved smile puts a smile on her face. When she is away from the office, Shauna enjoys hunting, fishing, singing, swimming, and playing volleyball.
Kristie has been part of the Aberdeen Smiles family since the early 1990s. All but two of her years in dentistry have been spent helping the patients of Aberdeen right here in our office. She has earned certifications in CPR and inhaled sedation and has advanced education in laser dentistry. Kristie’s favorite part of her job is working with people and really getting to know them. She also enjoys going to sporting events during her free time.
Tammy has been working in dentistry since 2000, but she joined our team at Aberdeen Smiles in 2009. She graduated from North Dakota State College of Sciences with an associate’s degree in dental hygiene. Since then, Tammy has earned certification in CPR, inhaled sedation, local anesthetic, and laser dentistry. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them achieve their oral health goals. When not in the office, Tammy enjoys fishing, photography, and playing cards.
Carrie joined Aberdeen Smiles in 2014 and has been working in dentistry since 2008. She greatly enjoys talking to our patients every day and helping them get the care they need. Carrie also loves working with the excellent team here at the office. When she isn’t busy helping our patients have a fantastic experience, Carrie likes to quilt, go camping, and spend time with her kids.
Michelle joined our team in 2012 and has been helping patients feel more welcome at Aberdeen Smiles ever since. In fact, the best part of Michelle’s job is getting to know the patients in the office. Away from work, she enjoys quilting, sewing, camping, and spending time with her family.
Tammy joined Aberdeen Smiles in June 2017. She enjoys welcoming familiar faces as they walk in the front door and getting to know our new patients. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys babysitting her granddaughter Brooklynn, spending time with family and friends, and working with the confirmation program at her church.
